Mike is the manager and operator of the farm and has been farming since his dad was involved in the operation. Mike is an alumus of ROVA High School and went directly to work on the farm upon his graduation. He has been helping to improve the operation ever since through his extensive knowledge of production agriculture and the willingness to adapt the the ever changing industry..

Daniel, the son of Mike and Chery, is recent graduate of University of Illinois. Now an alumnus of the college and of the Alpha Gamma Rho Fraternity, he is employed by Illini FS as a Crop Specialist and has aspirations to be involved fulltime in the farming organization. In the mean time he is pursuing his goal of becoming a Certified Crop Advisor.

Chery, the wife of Mike and mother of Daniel and Tiffany, is an employee of Gates Corporation and currently works at the Galesburg location. There she is involved in the Warehouse Manager. She is a graduate of Carl Sandburg College with an associates in Administrative Office Management.

Tiffany, the daughter of Mike and Chery, is a senior at ROWVA High School. There, she is involved in FFA as the Vice President and experiment plot manager, band, and student council. She is also involved in youth group and 4H.
